I was over the moon, when Sophie Overwien aka Sao Dsgn contacted me about another project. This time it was for MU YI GmbH, who is responsible for all work in interior fittings, especially with wood for Makers + Maestros, with same contact person / project manager Valerie Hain. I was really happy, because it meant that not only Sophie wanted to work with me again, but as well as the company!
The client wanted to have similar structure of the website and as well a few same elements: footer, social media sidebar and contact form. Sophie designed new prototypes for MU YI and my task was to translate her creations into a beautiful and responsive website with Webflow. The prototypes that I have received were again bold and sharp. All the content was gracefully crafted by Marion Müller. On September 14 the "Coming Soon" page went online and the website was published on October 21st of 2022.
Not only that I have flawlessly translated desktop prototypes (done by Sophie, with Adobe XD) into actual pages of the website, including animations, I also took care of mobile design. Sophie was providing me only the desktop design, so I had the freedom to decide how elements behave on mobile independently.
The collaboration with Ruta is always very enriching. She is very hard-working and gets to the bottom of things, also if there’s a problem, she’ll find the solution. In addition to her competent work, the communication is also very friendly. It’s really fun to work with Ruta, thank you for the excellent work!
